为了解天津市红桥区医疗机构放射工作人员电离辐射暴露情况,于2010—2012年对13所医疗机构进行614人次个人剂量监测,结果显示,人均年有效剂量为0.31 mSv,96.42%的放射工作人员年剂量当量小于1 mSv;其中,临床介入治疗工作人员的人均年有效剂量最高(0.39 mSv),其次为放射诊断(0.31 mSv),放射治疗(0.23 mSv)、核医学(0.24 mSv)相对较低。提示该区大部分放射工作人员个人剂量处于较低水平,应重视临床介入放射工作人员电离辐射暴露及防护。
In order to understand the radiation exposure of radiation workers in medical institutions in Hongqiao District of Tianjin, personal dose monitoring was conducted in 614 hospitals in 13 medical institutions from 2010 to 2012. The results showed that the annual per capita effective dose was 0.31 mSv and 96.42% of radiological work The annual equivalent dose was less than 1 mSv. Among them, the annual per capita effective dose of clinical intervention workers was the highest (0.39 mSv), followed by radiation diagnosis (0.31 mSv), radiation therapy (0.23 mSv) and nuclear medicine (0.24 mSv) low. It suggests that the personal dose of most radiation workers in this area is at a low level. The radiation exposure and protection of radiation workers should be emphasized.
