To investigate the effect of 900 MHz electromagnetic radiation exposure during gestation on neurobehavioral development in offspring rats, Wistar pregnant rats were randomly divided into high (120 min / min), medium (60 min / sec), low (10 min / sec ) Dose group and the control group (sham exposure, not receiving radiation). The exposed group received radiation from the first day of gestation to the birth of the offspring three times a day. The body weight, teething, eye opening, Developmental indicators, as well as neurological behavior indicators such as plane inversion, negative geotropism, escarpment avoidance, tentacle positioning, auditory astonishment, and over-the-air correction. The results showed that compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in the physiological development index of each exposure group between the standard and the standard (P> 0.05). Compared with the control group, the reaching age of the escaping cliff in the high dose group was delayed (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the other groups in the number of days of neurobehavioral development and the control group (P> 0.05). It is suggested that prenatal exposure to 900 MHz electromagnetic radiation may have a delaying effect on neurobehavioral development in offspring rats.
