从《综合交通网中长期规划》发展目标看,中国交通装备业的现状,还远不能适应中国交通运输业发展的需要。交通装备业的发展瓶颈,是亟待解决的问题,同时也是很好的投资机会。国家发改委副主任张茅强调:“交通运输业的发展,离不开交通装备的现代化。装备强,则交通兴。提高运输效率的重要手段之一就是提高交通装备水平。”
