本文开发研究了高效烧结金刚石钻头的新工艺。它较通用热压法,烧结温度降低40~80℃,烧结时间缩短2/3,烧结石墨模具用料节省约1/2,为制造优质金刚石钻头提供了一种新方法。 本文较详细地叙述了高效烧结钻头的特性。它与热压法相比,烧结后的金刚石强度高5N左右,胎体组织较均匀,粘结相被过饱和强化,位错强化明显,硬质相较分散,胎体含氧量较低,抗弯强度高20~30%。因而,高效烧结钻头钻进性能良好,金刚石出刃较完整,胎体耐磨性高。一般说,钻头使用寿命可提高50~100%,小时效率提高20~50%。
In this paper, a new technology of high efficiency sintered diamond bit was developed.
