湖北省宜昌市总工会根据中央《党政机关厉行节约反对浪费条例》以及湖北省和宜昌市《党政机关国内公务接待管理办法》精神,结合市总工会党的群众路线教育实践活动中征集的意见和建议,以及在经费审查审计中发现的突出问题,就进一步加强工会经费使用管理工作,把条例规定精神融入到工会经费管理中,提出了“一个强化、七个严格”的要求:
