中共贵阳市委文件筑党发[2009]12号(2009年5月5日)根据市委、市政府确定的贵阳市第三届旅游产业发展大会(以下简称“旅发大会”)的主题和目标,为支持承办地修文县进一步完善旅游基础设施和配套服务设施、改善生态环境、提高旅游接待能力、实现旅游产业阶段发展目标,把修文建成一个以阳明文化为核心,集“文化、康体休闲、生态”三大旅游产品为一体的特色精品旅游中心和黔中生态文化旅游中心,促使修文旅游业和经济社会发展在短时期内取得突破性进展,成为贵阳的生态园、文化园,特提出如下措施:
