研究了硅铝比为27、33、45和55的HZSM-5沸石对乙苯-乙醇烷基化合成对二乙苯反应的活性、选择性和稳定性。用TPD方法测定了反应前后样品的氨吸附量。结果表明,较高硅铝比的沸石活性低而选择性和稳定性较好。在较低的反应温度和较高的空速及乙苯/乙醇摩尔比情况下,对二乙苯选择性较好。
The activity, selectivity and stability of HZSM-5 zeolite with Si / Al ratio of 27, 33, 45 and 55 on the reaction of ethylbenzene-ethanol alkylation with diethylbenzene were studied. The amount of ammonia adsorbed before and after the reaction was measured by TPD method. The results show that zeolites with higher Si / Al ratio have lower activity and better selectivity and stability. At lower reaction temperature and higher space velocity and ethylbenzene / ethanol molar ratio, the selectivity to diethylbenzene is better.
