目的了解磷酸生产过程中产生的有害因素对生产作业工人的健康影响,完善职业健康监护。方法按照相关国家标准规范,对主要岗位进行职业有害因素监测及生产作业工人的职业健康体检并分析结果。结果职业有害因素监测结果总体较好,但有个别岗位监测结果超标。体检发现工人有呼吸道及皮肤刺激症状,且随工龄延长,有工人出现牙齿及下颌骨损害情况。结论该公司需按国家职业病防治法等相关规定,加强对生产中有害因素进行有效控制及对工人健康的监护。
Objective To understand the health effects of the harmful factors produced in the production process of phosphoric acid on the production workers and improve the occupational health supervision. Methods According to the relevant national standards, the occupational health examination of occupational health was conducted on the main positions and the results were analyzed. Results The monitoring results of occupational harmful factors were generally good, but some of the post monitoring results exceeded the standard. Physical examination found that the workers had respiratory and skin irritation. With the extension of working hours, workers suffered from tooth and mandibular injuries. Conclusion The company needs to strengthen the control over the harmful factors in production and guard the workers’ health according to the relevant provisions of the National Occupational Disease Prevention Law.
