脊髓灰质炎（以下简称脊灰）强化免疫中．流动人口的服苗是个难题，我市采取了一系列措施，狠抓了流动人口的服苗工作．1986年～1993年全市共发生脊灰病例13例．其中流动人口占10例．在第一次强化服苗工作中有12．4％的适龄儿童为服苗当日现登记视服育的儿童，第一轮服苗结束后，抽查720名儿童．漏服32人．全是流动人口．两轮服苗结束后．抽查4340名适龄儿童，两轮全程服苗率为99．1％．仅漏服2名．
