我院自1977年至1990年共发生输尿管损伤3例,现简要做一报道。例1,52岁,诊断右侧卵巢巨大肿瘤。1977年5月16日,在针麻下行巨大卵巢瘤切除术。术中发现右侧输尿管切断,立即行输尿管吻合术。例2,58岁,诊断子宫颈鳞状细胞癌Ⅱ期混合型,1979年7月31日在连续硬膜外麻醉下行子宫颈癌广泛切除术,术中发现右侧输尿管距膀胱角2cm处断裂,行输尿管吻合术。例3,61岁,诊断右侧卵巢恶性瘤(第三次盆腔手术)。1990年3月15日在连续硬膜外麻醉下行肿瘤切除术,术中发现:右侧卵巢超儿头大囊实相间,多房性,伴有腹水。在操作过程中误将
