一、贯彻粗糙度新标准新的表面粗糙度国家标准(GB1031-83等)是在原国标表面光洁度的基础上,参照 ISO 标准重新制定的,是一项很重要的基础标准。国家标准局要求于1985年1月1日起实施。表面粗糙度新标准采用中线制评定表面粗糙度。主要可采用:(1)轮廓算术平均偏差(Ra);(2)微观不平度十点高度(Rz);(3)轮廓最大高度(Ry)。在三个项目中任选一个,在新标准中优先选用 Ra。建国三十多年来,在机械图上,一直采用表面光洁度级别代号▽1~▽14的标注方式。广大工程技术人员和生产工人经过多年生产实践,以及借助于光洁度样板进行对照,对表面光洁度级别代号的使用较为习惯和熟练。在应用表面粗糙度时,虽然经过学习,但
