武汉市职工思想政治工作研究会与江岸区职工思想政治工作研究会不久前联合举办了“社会主义市场经济与企业思想政治工作”专题研讨会。与会60多位同志在认真学习、领会十四大精神的基础上,分析了当前企业思想政治工作面临的形势和任务,交流了思想政治工作自身改革与加强的经验,探讨了进一步改进的思路。大家提出: 要把握好企业思想政治工作的切入点。研究切入点的问题就是研究从哪里入手的问题,实际上是要解决已经解决了一些但还没有彻底解决的“两张皮”问题。长期以来,企业思想政治工作以政治为中心,习惯于横切,硬性覆盖一切、统帅一切,致使形式主义和不讲实效的东西比较多。现在,在建立社会主义市场经济体制的条件下,企业思想政治工作就要研究如何从横切变为直切,把市场作为企业思想政治工作的导向和主线,主动参与经济、参与市场、参
The seminar on the ideological and political work among workers in Wuhan City and the seminar on ideological and political work among workers and staff in Jiang’an District jointly held a seminar on “Socialist Market Economy and Enterprise Ideological and Political Work” recently. At the meeting, more than 60 comrades, on the basis of earnestly studying and understanding the spirit of the 14th National Congress, analyzed the current situation and tasks confronting their ideological and political work, exchanged their own experiences in reform and strengthening of ideological and political work, and discussed ways for further improvement. Everybody puts forward: It is necessary to grasp well the starting point of ideological and political work in enterprises. The study of the starting point of the problem is to study where to start the problem, in fact, to solve some has not yet solved the “two skins” issue. For a long time, the ideological and political work in enterprises has centered on politics and is accustomed to crosscutting and rigidly covering everything and commanding everything, resulting in more formalism and impracticality. Now, under the conditions of establishing a socialist market economic system, ideological and political work in enterprises should study how to change from horizontal to vertical and regard the market as the orientation and main line of ideological and political work in enterprises. They should take the initiative to participate in the economy and participate in the market.
