本文通过对稠油首站脱水工艺的分析,提出了使用管道混合器提高破乳效果,降低原料油含水的方法,从而减少了加热炉燃料油的用量。
Based on the analysis of the dehydration process at the first station of heavy oil, this paper proposes a method of using pipe mixer to improve the demulsification effect and reduce the water content of raw material oil, so as to reduce the amount of fuel oil in heating furnace.
