患者女、25岁,多次Holter检查证实其每日的频发室早达2万个,而室早联律间期有短有长(见心电图中室早A和B)。室早A的联律间期短(400ms),该室早落在QT间期内,属于收缩期室早。与该心电图同步记录的跨主动脉瓣血流图呈锐减状态(箭头指示),因此,结果形成了一次无血流动力学作用的室早,并形成一次脉搏短绌。
The patient, 25 years old, had multiple Holter examinations and found that her daily frequency of asymptomatic hairy room was as early as 20,000, while the duration of her early ambulation was short and long (see A and B in the electrocardiogram).
