今年,我们进行了跨行业、跨地区的大规模企业兼并,并且将兼并的范围扩展到海外。到目前为止,已经并入首钢的有:秦皇岛拖拉机配件厂、锦州电子计算机厂、镇江船舶工业公司及所属两个全民所有制企事业单位、中国北方工业(集团)总公司所属13个军工企业、中国核工业总公司所属15个企事业单位。还有北京电子行业的738厂、878厂、燕东器件厂、北京器件二厂和半导体研究所五个单位,北京市已经决定划归首钢。在国外,我们购买了美国麦斯塔设计工程公司70%的股份,还建立了17个销售网点和独资或合资公司。现在,首钢已在全国22个省市、国外11个国家和地区有了自己的
This year, we conducted large-scale mergers across industries and regions and extended the scope of mergers overseas. So far, Shougang has been incorporated into: Qinhuangdao Tractor Parts Factory, Jinzhou Computer Factory, Zhenjiang Shipbuilding Industry Company and its two state-owned enterprises, and 13 military-industrial enterprises of China North Industries (Group) Corporation, China. The Nuclear Industry Corporation has 15 enterprises and institutions. There are also five units in the Beijing electronics industry: the 738 factory, the 878 factory, the Yandong component factory, the Beijing second component factory, and the semiconductor institute. Beijing has already decided to be assigned to Shougang. In foreign countries, we purchased a 70% stake in the United States Maista Design Engineering Company, and also established 17 sales outlets and wholly-owned or joint venture companies. Now, Shougang has its own in 22 provinces, cities and 11 countries and regions abroad.
