2012年7月,浙江省政府批复同意衢州市开展山区科学发展试验区建设,这既是一个机遇,更是一个挑战。要建设山区经济发展试验区,不但需要功能完备、高效运行的金融组织体系、金融创新体系和融资服务体系的支持,更需要在山区金融方面勇于突破、先行先试和大胆创新,从而推动衢州金融业的持续较好发展,促进金融业自身的转型升级。本刊特邀请一些政府官员、专家、学者对此予以解析。本期微评由中国人民银行衢州市中心支行周丽行长主持。
In July 2012, the Zhejiang provincial government approved the agreement to establish a pilot area for scientific development in mountainous areas in Quzhou City. This is both an opportunity and a challenge. To build a pilot zone for economic development in mountainous areas not only requires the support of well-functioning and efficient financial organization systems, financial innovation systems and financing service systems, but also takes the courage to make breakthroughs in mountainous areas of finance and prioritizes pioneering tests and bold innovations so as to promote Quzhou Finance The sustained and good development of the industry will promote the transformation and upgrading of the financial industry itself. Publications invited some government officials, experts and scholars to resolve this. This issue is appraised by President Zhou Li of the Central Branch of the People’s Bank of China.
