本文通过搜集翔实的数据,介绍并分析了目前北京市高校、科研院所参与国际科技合作的现状和模式,在此基础上提出了北京市高校、科研院所提高国际科技合作能力的建议。
Based on the collection of informative data, this paper introduces and analyzes the current status and modes of universities and research institutes participating in international S & T cooperation in Beijing. Based on this, the author puts forward suggestions on how Beijing's universities and research institutes can improve their international cooperation in science and technology.
