职业教育在将科学技术变为现实生产力、促进经济与社会的发展以及提高劳动者素质,实现智力物化等方面发挥了举足轻重的作用。当前为了适应21世纪经济和社会发展的需要,我国加快了职教改革的步伐。但在改革的过程中遇到了诸多亟待解决的问题:如经费的投入,完整职业教育体系的确立,合理层次类型的构建等。其中笔者认为建立一支结构合理、较高素质的职教师资队伍是我们改革的关键所在。国家教育部副部长王湛在2000年全国中等职业教育师资工作会议上的讲话中说:“师资问题始终是关系到教育改革和发展的大问题,没有一支高素质教师队伍,就不可能有一个高水平的职业教育”。教师队伍建设已是职教发展面临的大课题。

Without a contingent of highly qualified teachers, it is impossible Have a high level of vocational education. ” The construction of teachers is already a major issue facing the development of vocational education.
