土壤指导限值是基于健康风险的土壤污染物浓度的指示值或警告值,可用于污染土地的风险管理和修复决策。根据上海城市建设用地土壤污染和土地利用特征,利用英国的污染土地暴露评价(CLEA-UK)模型,针对住宅、娱乐、商业和工业用地等4种土地利用类型,制定了上海建设用地15种典型土壤污染指标的指导限值,阐述了土壤指导限值在上海建设用地土壤污染管理中的应用。可为建立和健全我国建设用地土壤环境标准体系,加强建设用地土壤污染管理提供新的思路和方法。
Soil guidance limits are indicators or warnings of soil pollutant concentrations based on health risks and can be used for risk management and remediation decisions on contaminated land. According to the soil pollution and land use characteristics of urban construction land in Shanghai, the United Kingdom’s CLEA-UK model was used to develop 15 typical types of land for construction in Shanghai, including residential, entertainment, commercial and industrial land use types Soil pollution index guidance limit, expounded the soil guidance limit in Shanghai construction land soil pollution management application. It can provide new ideas and methods for establishing and perfecting the standard system of soil environment for construction land in our country and strengthening the management of soil pollution for construction land use.
