第一章总则第一条为进一步加强我省安全生产应急救援体系建设,提高应对安全生产事故综合能力,规范安全生产应急救援队伍管理,根据《中华人民共和国安全生产法》、《中华人民共和国突发事件应对法》等有关法律法规和《国务院关于全面加强应急管理工作的意见》(国发[2006]24号),制定本办法。
Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 In order to further strengthen the construction of emergency rescue system for production safety in our province, enhance the comprehensive ability to deal with accidents in production safety and standardize the management of emergency rescue teams for production safety, according to the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Safe Production, Measures for Handling Incidents and Other Relevant Laws and Regulations and the Opinions of the State Council on Strengthening Emergency Management in an All-Round Way (Guo Fa [2006] No. 24).
