The second meeting of members of the provincial people’s government took place on December 10 and ended in success on the 15th after six days of reports, panel discussion and speeches. At the meeting, which focused on land reform, the meeting unanimously adopted Chairman Zhang’s report on the struggle for completing the land reform in Fujian Province and several important resolutions and regulations.
