目的 探讨鼻咽癌(NPC)患者全血硒和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)水平与健康人的差别,以及与肿瘤临床分期之间的关系。 方法 对122 例NPC患者采用2.3-二氨基萘(DN)荧光法测定血硒,采用2-硝基苯甲酸直接显色法测定血GSH-PX水平,并设健康人对照;数据采用t检验及方差分析进行统计学处理。 结果 (1)放疗前NPC患者血硒和GSH-PX水平均低于对照组(P< 0.01)。(2)随着临床分期的增加,血硒和GSH-PX水平逐渐下降,(P< 0.01)。(3)放疗后患者血硒和GSH-PX水平比放疗前升高,但仍比对照组低(P> 0.05)。 结论 (1)NPC患者血硒和GSH-PX均处于低水平状态。(2)血硒和GSH-PX水平与NPC的发生、发展可能有关。
Objective To investigate the differences of serum levels of selenium and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) in healthy volunteers from patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) and their relationship with clinical stage. Methods Seventy-two patients with NPC were tested for serum selenium by fluorescence spectrophotometry with 2.3-diaminonaphthalene (DN), GSH-PX levels were measured by 2-nitrobenzoic acid direct colorimetric method, and healthy controls were used. Data were analyzed using t Test and analysis of variance for statistical analysis. Results (1) The levels of serum selenium and GSH-PX in NPC patients before radiotherapy were lower than those in the control group (P <0.01). (2) Serum selenium and GSH-PX levels gradually decreased with the increase of clinical stage (P <0.01). (3) The levels of blood selenium and GSH-PX in patients after radiotherapy were higher than those before radiotherapy, but still lower than those in control group (P> 0.05). Conclusions (1) Selenium and GSH-PX in NPC patients are in a low level. (2) Serum selenium and GSH-PX levels may be related to the occurrence and development of NPC.
