我们通常认为,写意是一种高深而抽象的艺术概念,既是对事物本质现象与生命底色不加修饰的一种勾勒。一座城市的繁荣是一个涉及到城市各阶层、各行业、不同领域、不同人群的文明进化史与思维革命的写意过程,美食亦是如此。 之所以将陈波与他的渝风堂取名为写意,是因为渝菜的演化过程本身就带有一定程度的不规则性而渝风堂却只用了短短两年将抽象的概念纹理化,这不得不说是一个奇迹。
