在应能克罗米芬(CC)诱导排卵过程中,B型的声的监护是十分重要的。通过观察卵泡数目和大小可决定入绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)给药时间及调整药物剂量,防止卵巢过度刺激症和多胎妊娠的发生。本文应用B型超声对10名排卵异常不育妇女共21个CC诱导周期和12名正常月经周期的能育妇女共18个自然周期的卵泡观察,探讨了诱导排卵的正常和异常超声图象,并对诱导和自然周期卵泡发育形式作了比较。
During the induction of ovulation by clomiphene citrate, the monitoring of type B sounds is very important. By observing the number and size of follicles can determine the time of administration of HCG and adjust the dosage of drugs to prevent ovarian hyperstimulation and multiple pregnancy. In this paper, B-mode ultrasound in 10 women with ovulation abnormalities a total of 21 CC induction period and 12 normal menstrual cycle of fertile women a total of 18 natural follicles were observed to explore the ovulation induction of normal and abnormal ultrasound images, The patterns of induced and natural follicular development were compared.
