本文用抗血小板单克隆抗体(HIP_1、HIP_2)对13例原发性血小板减少性紫癜患者脾脏内血小板的分布及被破坏情况作了免疫酶组织化学研究。结果表明:血小板主要分布于脾脏的红髓内,以 HIP_2~+(GPⅡb/Ⅲa)者为主,术后有效组 HIP_2~+血小板数明显高于无效组,巨噬细胞在血小板的破坏中仅起了清除的作用。
In this paper, anti-platelet monoclonal antibody (HIP_1, HIP_2) thirteen cases of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura in spleen platelet distribution and destruction of immune enzyme histochemistry. The results showed that platelets were mainly distributed in the spleen of red pulp, mainly HIP_2 ~ + (GPⅡb / Ⅲa). The number of HIP_2 ~ + platelets in effective group was significantly higher than that in ineffective group. Only macrophages in platelet destruction Played a role of removal.
