The authors studied the ratio of T: B lymphocytes in the peripheral blood of 17 patients with leprosy (including LL, IL, BL). Patients were not treated with corticosteroid or piperidinone for at least 3 months prior to study. The antigens used in the intradermal test are: refined Dharmendra lepirin; Tween 80 stable medium concentration of tuberculin pure protein derivative (PPD); candideloin; and hair ringworm with 1000 protein nitrogen units per milliliter bacteria. 48 hours observation.
