我院自1982年5月至1990年5月对105例肾功能衰竭(肾衰)病人进行了5655次血液净化治疗,现总结如下。 1 病例与方法 1.1 病例 本组肾衰105例,男79例,女26例。年龄21～65岁,平均38岁。慢性肾衰95例,其中慢性肾炎70例,肾动脉硬化10例,肾盂肾炎5例,遗传性肾炎5例,多囊肾3例,梗阻性肾病2例。急性肾衰10例,其中大手术所致者5例,外伤所致者2例,内科疾病(肺炎、鱼胆中毒、肾病综合征)所致者3例。
Our hospital from May 1982 to May 1990 105 patients with renal failure (renal failure) 5655 times the blood purification treatment, are summarized as follows. 1 cases and methods 1.1 cases of renal failure in this group of 105 cases, 79 males and 26 females. Aged 21 to 65 years old, average 38 years old. Chronic renal failure in 95 cases, of which 70 cases of chronic nephritis, renal arteriosclerosis in 10 cases, 5 cases of pyelonephritis, hereditary nephritis in 5 cases, 3 cases of polycystic kidney disease, 2 cases of obstructive nephropathy. Acute renal failure in 10 cases, of which 5 cases caused by major surgery, trauma caused by 2 cases, internal diseases (pneumonia, fish gall bladder poisoning, nephrotic syndrome) in 3 cases.
