女性尿道短而且粗,前有耻骨联合保护,后为阴道,位置比较隐蔽,损伤极为罕见。本院自1980～1990年收治4例,现报道如下。一、临床资料本组4例,年龄6～27岁。拖拉机或汽车撞伤3例,产伤1例。受伤至入院时间4～31小时。症状为:3例阴道流血、尿潴留伴休克;1例产后5天出现尿失禁。损伤程度:距尿道外口纵形裂伤1.5cm2例;距尿道外口环形断裂2.3cm,2.5cm各1例,3例合并骨盆骨折者中,1例伴会阴直肠裂伤及左大腿会阴皮肤撕脱伤,1例伴胫腓骨骨折,1例伴右卵巢破裂、阴道直肠瘘。 Female urethra short and thick, the former pubic symphysis protection, after the vagina, the location of relatively hidden, damage is extremely rare.
