今时今日不要再硬性地让人员的投入按照一种僵硬的,一成不变的班次系统去适应工作负荷的变化。顾客的光顾频率和对商品的需求总是起伏不定的,这在所有服务性行业中是司空见惯的事情。因此,就应当因应这种情况,灵活地安排人力的投入。目前,在这方面已有大量的相关软件供选用。仅在德国就有1000多家提供约2000个系统。由于市场的预估性难度较大,传统的软件供应商总是推出一些班次和相应业务计划来作为人力使用的优化方案。
Nowadays, stop harming the investment of personnel in adapting to the change of work load according to a rigid and invariable shift system. The frequency of customer visits and the demand for goods are always volatile, a commonplace in all service industries. Therefore, we should flexibly arrange human input in response to this situation. At present, a large number of related softwares have been selected for this purpose. More than 1,000 in Germany alone provide about 2000 systems. Due to the difficulty of predicting the market, traditional software vendors always introduce some shifts and corresponding business plans as an optimization solution for human use.
