同志们:这次全市党校工作会议,是在我市深入兴起学习贯彻“三个代表”重要思想新高潮,认真贯彻落实十六大和十六届三中全会精神的形势下召开的。会议的主要任务是贯彻落实全国、全省党校工作会议精神,回顾总结2001年全市党校工作会议以来的党校工作情况,研究部署如何做好近期的党校工作,不断拓展党校发展的新思路、新途径,全面开创我市党校工作的新局面。下面讲三个问题。
