病例介绍第一次住院。男性,62岁,因胸痛住院。入院前4年,用力时有心绞痛,并发现高血压。入院前2年劳累时呼吸困难,每天均有心绞痛,并逐渐加重。用消心痛、心得安、双氢克尿塞未能缓解,入院当天胸痛发作并持续数小时。患者既往每天吸烟3包及饮啤酒8罐,偶尔饮威士忌,过去无肝病史,无化学毒物接触史。体检:T37.5℃,P 95/min,R42/min,血压180/110mmHg。病人看来超重并有呼吸困难,双肺底部呼吸音减弱,下2/3肺野有吸气性啰音,心脏无
Case description First hospitalization. Male, 62 years old, hospitalized for chest pain. 4 years before admission, exerting angina pectoris, and found that high blood pressure. 2 years before admission, tired breathing difficulties, angina every day, and gradually increased. With heartburn pain, peace of mind, hydrochlorothiazide failed to alleviate the onset of chest pain on admission and continued for several hours. The patient smokes 3 packs and drinks 8 cans of beer a day, drinking whiskey occasionally, without a history of liver disease and no history of exposure to chemical poisons.
