为了提高预磨机磨矿效率,使破碎后物料粒度能更好地满足生产需求,针对Ф460 mm预磨试验机,确定了其相应的因素与水平,并设计了四因素五水平的正交试验。根据试验结果,以粗粒产率、中粒产率和细粒产率的质量百分比为评价指标,从直观、极差两方面分析得出了转速、填充率及球配对磨矿粒度的影响趋势,并得到以中粒产率最大和细粒产率最优的设计方案。
