恰逢中国第一部“保险法”正式生效6个月,日本修订后的新“保险业法”实施之日,日本安日火灾海上保险株式会社和中国华东政法学院金融法研究所4月1日至2日在上海共同主办“中日保险法研讨会”,确实具有重要的纪念意义。 在为期两天的会议中,中日保险法学界的专家、学者们围绕着两国保险法的制定及其意义,社会保险与商业保险的关系等一些双方感兴趣的问题展开了广泛而深入的讨论,并相互交换了彼此的经验和意见。现将会议讨论的热点问题综述如下:
