目的探讨两种根管消毒药物治疗慢性根尖周炎的临床效果。方法 236例(236牙)瘘型慢性根尖周炎患者,随机分为对照组(110例)和实验组(126例)。对照组根管注入Metapex糊剂,实验组根管封入派丽奥。分别观察根管充填后1周、6个月后的临床疗效。结果对照组和实验组根管充填后1周后临床治疗总有效率分别为92.1%和83.6%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组和实验组根管充填后6个月后临床治疗总有效率分别为88.9%和86.4%,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Metapex糊剂、派丽奥在根管消毒方面临床效果显著。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of two kinds of root canal disinfection drugs in the treatment of chronic apical periodontitis. Methods 236 patients (236 teeth) with chronic periapical periodontitis were randomly divided into control group (110 cases) and experimental group (126 cases). Metapex paste was injected into the root canal of the control group, and the root canal of the experimental group was filled with Palio. The clinical effects of root canal filling 1 week and 6 months were observed. Results The total effective rates of clinical treatment in control group and experimental group 1 week after root canal filling were 92.1% and 83.6%, respectively, with statistical significance (P <0.05). The control group and experimental group were 6 months after root canal filling The total effective rate of post-clinical treatment was 88.9% and 86.4% respectively, with no significant difference (P> 0.05).
