众所周知,油画对朝鲜艺术或说对整个东方艺术来说都是新鲜事物,它传入的历史只有区区一百多年。东方各民族的油画作品都是在探索中发展起来的,自然,朝鲜油画也不例外。金在坤对朝鲜油画发展的意义在于,一方面,他深入学习前辈们已然掌握的绘画技巧来表现自己作品的主题;另一方面,他积极吸收西方印象派绘画表现外光、色彩等先进的绘画理念,并将其应用到自己的油画创作中。他将绘画表现技巧与作者的主观情感完美融合,从而创作出别具一格的艺术作品,独步于朝鲜画坛。
It is a well-known fact that oil painting is nothing new to North Korean art or to Oriental art as a whole. Its history is only a hundred years old. Oil paintings of various ethnic groups in the east have been developed in exploration. Naturally, Korean oil paintings are no exception.
