患者,男,24岁.以精神分裂症于1992年4月11日入院.体检:心率 74次/分,血压14.3/9.1kPa;心律不规整,心尖区可闻及Ⅱ级收缩期杂音,双肺呼吸音清晰;腹软,肝脾未及.X线、超声和实验室检查均无异常发现.近期未服任何药物.心电图特征 入院时心电图(附图上行及中行)见P波倒置,P-P~-间期基本规则,为0.78～0.80秒,频率75～77次/分.P~-波多数位于QRS波之前,偶见位于QRS之后者.位于QRS波之前的P~-波,其P~- -R间期均>0.12秒(0.13～0.16秒);位于QRS波之后的P~-波,其R-P~-间期为0.15秒.有3种R-R间期,由短至长分别为0.78～0.80、1.08、1.29秒,其最长R-R间期加次长R-R间期约为最短R-R
Patient, male, 24 years old with schizophrenia admitted to hospital on April 11, 1992. Physical examination: heart rate 74 beats / min, blood pressure 14.3 / 9.1kPa; irregular heartbeat, apex area can be heard and Ⅱ systolic murmur, double Pulmonary breath sounds clear; abdomen soft, liver and spleen not yet.X-ray, ultrasound and laboratory tests were no abnormal findings.No medication for any recent.Electrocardiogram characteristics admission ECG (see above and BCD) see P wave inversion, PP ~ - interval of the basic rules, 0.78 ~ 0.80 seconds, the frequency of 75 to 77 beats / min.P ~ - wave majority in the QRS wave before, and occasionally located in the QRS after the wave in front of QRS wave P ~ - wave, the P ~ - R interval were all> 0.12 seconds (0.13 ~ 0.16 seconds); P ~ - wave after QRS wave had RP ~ - interval of 0.15 seconds There were 3 kinds of RR interval, ranging from short to long 0.78 ~ 0.80,1.08,1.29 seconds, the longest RR interval plus the second RR interval is the shortest RR
