电感耦合等离子体(缩写ICP)是近年来迅速发展的一种光谱分析的光源,较电弧、火花等经典光源有许多独特的优点。当前,关于ICP发射光谱分析机理、技术与应用的研究成为国内外光谱分析的主要方向。各种商品仪器竞相生产,我国也已生产了这种光源。在冶金、地质、化工、环保、材料等系统中积极开展ICP光谱分析的工作,出现所谓“ICP热”。它已经成为光谱分析实验室的一种新的常规光源。
Inductively Coupled Plasma (abbreviated as ICP) is a rapidly developing light source for spectral analysis in recent years. It has many unique advantages over classical light sources such as arcs and sparks. At present, the research on the mechanism, technique and application of ICP emission spectrometry has become the main direction of the spectroscopic analysis both at home and abroad. A variety of commodity equipment competing in production, China has also produced such a light source. In the metallurgical, geological, chemical, environmental protection, materials and other systems to actively carry out ICP spectroscopy work, the emergence of the so-called “ICP heat.” It has become a new routine light source for spectroscopy laboratories.
