用原位红外光谱法研究了丙烯腈(AN)/二丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAA)/丙烯酸甲酯(MA)三元共聚物在给定温度和氧气气氛下随热解时间而变化的规律。根据光谱特征峰的变化规律,提出了该共聚物在热稳定化期间的反应机理和生成的结构模型,并发现样品中羰基的相对增量与热解时间的平方根成正比。
In situ infrared spectroscopy was used to study the regularity of the evolution of acrylonitrile (AN) / diacetone acrylamide (DAA) / methyl acrylate (MA) terpolymer with pyrolysis time at a given temperature and oxygen atmosphere. The reaction mechanism and the resulting structural model of the copolymer during thermal stabilization are presented according to the variation of the characteristic peaks of the spectra. The relative increase of the carbonyl groups in the sample is found to be proportional to the square root of the pyrolysis time.
