在地质勘探中、某些钻孔终孔后，部分孔段需要用水泥进行封闭，为了确定水泥浆的凝结质量，需要从孔内取出水泥试样，在地表做凝结试验。为达上述要求，我们设计制做了半合管式水泥取样器。通过实践证明，该装置使用效果良好，能满足取样要求。半合管式水泥取样器由变丝接头（1）、钢球座（2、9）、回止钢球（3、8）、半合管压盖（4、7），半合管（5）、连接管（6）组成（如图）。该取样器结构较为合理，使用方便易于加工。其动作原理及使用方法如下：取水泥浆试样时，将试样器用钻杆连接下到注满
In geological exploration, some holes need to be sealed with cement after the final hole is drilled.
