土工二维振动离心机是目前最先进的地震模拟试验设备,但其研制技术在国内鲜有报道。通过对二维振动离心机试验工况分析,确定了三层总体布局方案和垂臂/顺臂振动方向。针对二维振动离心机给定技术指标,提出了双吊篮对称臂结构和带工字梁的焊接框架转臂支架,并通过隔振专利技术设计了顺臂隔振和不平衡力检测系统。为保证隔振系统稳定运行和增强主机抗振能力,设计了动平衡调节系统,改进了支承系统与地基的联接方式。最后对主机系统进行了力学分析,其结果表明所设方案满足试验工况和技术指标要求。
Geotechnical two-dimensional vibration centrifuge is the most advanced seismic simulation test equipment, but its research and development technology rarely reported in China. Through the analysis of two-dimensional vibration centrifuge test conditions, the overall three-tier layout scheme and the vertical / vertical arm vibration direction were determined. According to the technical specification of two-dimensional vibrating centrifuge, a double-basket symmetrical arm structure and a brazed frame bracket with I-beam are proposed. The vibration isolation and unbalance force detection system is designed by the patented vibration isolation technology. In order to ensure the stable operation of anti-vibration system and enhance the anti-vibration ability of the main engine, the dynamic balance adjustment system is designed to improve the connection between support system and ground. Finally, the mechanical analysis of the host system is carried out. The results show that the proposed scheme meets the requirements of test conditions and technical indicators.
