我厂是生产连续铸铁管的专业厂,由于近几年生铁、焦炭的购入较杂,造成铁水温度低、化学成份不稳定。为使这种低质铁水在结晶器内有较好的拉铸熔合工艺性,我们采用了超短结晶器(按《特种铸造手册》设计,φ200铸铁管外结晶器长应为510mm~530mm,而我厂为430mm)。它除了有较好的拉铸工艺外,还有制造容易,维修方便,拉铸力小,排除抱管故障容易等优点。但长期以来φ200铸铁管内壁沟陷问题一直没有得到解决。83年5月我们分析了沟陷形成机理,在不改变结晶器长度情况下较好地解决了这一问题。
