《公民道德建设实施纲要》是我国思想道德建设、宣传思想工作和群众性精神文明建设的一件大事,对提高公民道德素质、培养新时期好公民具有重要而深远的意义。为了更好地落实《纲要》的学习、宣传、贯彻工作,把《纲要》变为广大群众的行为规范,兵团党委宣传部组织撰写了6篇系列文章,对《纲要》的主要精神分篇阐述,有很强的指导性。本刊从本期开始陆续刊发,请读者注意阅读。
