耳蜗电图是目前电反应测听技术中较有价值的测听方法之一。它不仅能精确地测定耳蜗功能,而且,根据耳蜗电位特征还能确定外周听分析器损伤部位。本实验观察了不同声强时豚鼠正常组、中耳损伤组及噪声暴露组耳蜗电位振幅与潜伏期的变化规律,以便为豚鼠外周听分析器的损伤定位提供依据。实验方法
Cochlear electrocochleography is one of the more valuable methods of audiometry in the current electro-acoustic audiometry. It can not only accurately determine the cochlear function, but also determine the location of the external hearing analyzer damage based on the characteristics of the cochlear potential. In this study, we observed the changes of cochlear potential amplitude and latency in normal guinea pigs, middle ear injury and noise exposure groups at different sound intensities in order to provide evidence for the damage localization of Guinea pig peripheral auditory monitors. experimental method
