本文介绍二种用于计算机数控(CNC)系统的跨象限(即跨越几个象限)的圆弧插补方法。由于它们都是由控制软件实现的,所以也称为“跨象限圆弧软插补”。文中还对应用数字微分分析法(即DDA法)作跨象限圆弧插补时的精度作了进一步分析,并提出了一种称为“R控制”的措施,从而使传统的插补方法的精度有了进一步提高。这种“R控制”措施已经用于我所研制的B_1K—610CNC系统,并取得了很好的效果。
This article describes two methods of circular interpolation for cross-quadrant (ie, spanning a few quadrants) of a computerized numerical control (CNC) system. Because they are all implemented by control software, they are also called “cross quadrant soft-fill.” In the paper, the accuracy of applying digital differential analysis method (ie DDA method) for cross-quadrant circular interpolation is further analyzed and a measure called “R control” is proposed, so that the traditional interpolation method Accuracy has been further improved.
