积极承接东部产业转移,是多区域合作的重要内容,是区域经济发展的客观需要,更是望城在更高层面上、更广阔范围内,全面提升对外开放水平的必然选择。它有利于望城区壮大优势产业、培植新的产业、大幅提升经济总量、扩大就业、推进工业化进程,是望城借助外力、凝聚内力、形成合力发展经济的有效途径。本文论述了望城承接东部产业转移的重要意义,利用SWOT方法对望城承接东部产业转移的优势、劣势、机会和威胁作了全面分析,最后根据分析作出战略选择并提出具体对策。
Actively undertaking the transfer of industries in the east is an important part of multi-regional cooperation and an objective need of regional economic development. It is also the inevitable choice of Wangcheng at an even higher level and in a broader scope to comprehensively enhance the level of opening to the outside world. It is conducive to prospering the prosperous industry in Wangcheng District, fostering new industries, boosting economic output, expanding employment and promoting industrialization. This is an effective way for Wangcheng to use external force and gather internal forces to form a concerted effort to develop the economy. This paper discusses the importance of Wangcheng in undertaking the transfer of the eastern industries and makes a comprehensive analysis on the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats that Wangcheng undertook the transfer of the eastern industries by using the SWOT method. Finally, according to the analysis, we make strategic choices and put forward specific countermeasures.
