经济全球化已经是大势所趋,是否能够培养出视野开阔且具有创新能力的人才成为了国家和国家之间竞争的关键。外语教育是人才培养中的重要的一个环节,外语教育水平的高低关系到培养出来的人才是否具有合理的知识结构、是否能够跨文化与人交流。因此高校公共外语的教育水平引起了越来越多人的重视,本文分析了地方高校的外语教学还存在的问题,提出了一些高校公共外语教学发展如何改革的建议。
Economic globalization has become the dominant trend and the key to fostering a broad-based and innovative talent has become the key to competition between nations. Foreign language education is an important part of personnel training. The level of foreign language education is related to whether the trained personnel have a reasonable knowledge structure and whether they can communicate with others through intercultural communication. Therefore, the education level of public foreign languages in colleges and universities has aroused more and more attention. This paper analyzes the existing problems in foreign language teaching in local universities and puts forward some suggestions on how to reform the development of public foreign language teaching in colleges and universities.
