我厂焦化车间使用的煤气风机在正常运转了一段时间后,停机检修揭盖后,发现风机轴瓦逆风机轴转向产生了偏转,角度大约20°。风机轴瓦构造及偏转情况如图1所示。人们的习惯看法是:轴转动时给轴瓦的摩擦力有可能使轴瓦顺风机轴转向偏转。因此,轴瓦只有顺风机轴转向偏转才是正常的。然而事实却与人们的习惯想法相反,这引起了人们的思索,并促使人们去探讨因这一现象所出现的问题。
After the normal operation of the gas blower used by our factory coking plant for a period of time, it was found that the fan blower shaft turned against the blower shaft with an angle of about 20 °. Fan bush structure and deflection shown in Figure 1. People’s opinion is: the friction of the bearing bush during the rotation of the bearing shaft may cause the bearing bush to deflect along the fan bearing shaft. Therefore, it is only normal if the bearing bush is deflected by the wind turbine. However, contrary to people’s habits and beliefs, this has aroused people’s thinking and prompted people to explore problems arising from this phenomenon.
