美国旧金山炼油厂,检修周期5~8年,透平机15年大修一次。而我们现在实行的计划预修制,运行周期为一年。运行一年后,本来可以继续运行的设备,由于没有科学数据作依据,不能做出继续运行的决定,而必须按照计划,没有意义地拆开检查。而且对一些偶然因素造成的故障,不能做到预测预报,一旦发生,就会使生产处于被动,造成损失。所以采用先进的监测手段,可以随时掌握设备运行状态,使故障能够及时地得到控制,保障安全生产。
