体育教研员是中小学体育教学的决策人员、研究人员、管理人员。他们是抓好体育教学的参谋和助手,担负着调控、督查、管理当地学校体育的重任。他们是贯彻教育方针、改革教学方法、传播教改信息、探讨教学规律、培养师资力量、提高教学质量的中间环节。是体育教学改革的倡导者、组织者、实践者。笔者认为,为了更好地服务于体育教学,体育教研员还必须强化以下六种意识。一、求真务实意识真和实的反面是虚假和浮躁,此乃体育教研工作之大忌,务必避
Sports teacher is the decision-maker, researcher and manager of physical education in primary and secondary schools. They are good staff and assistants for physical education, and they are responsible for regulating, supervising and managing local school sports. They are the intermediate links for implementing education policies, reforming teaching methods, disseminating educational reform information, exploring teaching laws, cultivating teachers, and improving teaching quality. It is an advocate, organizer, and practitioner of physical education reform. The author believes that in order to better serve physical education, physical education researchers must also strengthen the following six kinds of consciousness. First, the opposite of truthful and pragmatic awareness is false and impetuous. This is a taboo in sports teaching and research, and must be avoided.
