卡铂、足叶乙甙为抗肿瘤药物,直接作用DNA,从而抑制分裂旺盛的肿瘤细胞。自1996年3月至1998年3月我科应用卡铂加足叶乙甙胸腔内灌注治疗恶性胸水42例,取得了显著效果。现报导如下。
Carboplatin and etoposide are antitumor drugs that directly act on DNA, thereby inhibiting the proliferation of tumor cells. From March 1996 to March 1998, our department applied carboplatin plus thoracic cavity infusion to treat 42 cases of malignant pleural effusion, and achieved remarkable results.
